Due to the schedules of transportation such as JR trains, buses, and ferries, as well as weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc.,
The itinerary, sightseeing locations, order of visits, meal details, and return location may be subject to change.
■If you cancel your trip after the travel contract has been concluded due to your own circumstances, you will be charged the cancellation fee stated in the travel terms and conditions.
■A staff member will be waiting at the meeting point holding a "Hankyu Trapics" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and register using the name of the group representative. Please come to the registration desk only when all members of your group are present.
■Smoking is prohibited on buses, trains, and ferries. Please also wear your seatbelt while on the bus.
■The values in <> and () indicate the planned duration of stay. (This may vary depending on circumstances.)
■There will be no bus guide on board, so there will be no sightseeing commentary during the bus ride.
■Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes to your bus boarding location if made less than 10 days before your departure.
■As this is a group arrangement, seating arrangements and booking status may result in seats being separated within the group (e.g., front and back). Please leave the bus seating arrangement to us. You can check the bus companies we use according to our standards on our website.
■Menu items may change depending on availability and season. We cannot accommodate individual requests for changes to the menu.
■ Tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by tour conductor are generally in Japanese.
■We do not provide Itinerary. If you need one, please take a screenshot of the product page and save it.
■If you need to temporarily or permanently leave the tour, please inform tour conductor. You will be required to sign a departure form waiving all rights during and after your absence.
■The scenery in the photos may differ from the actual scenery depending on the time of year you travel and the weather conditions.
■Depending on road conditions and other circumstances on the day, the return location may differ from the meeting place.
■All images are for illustrative purposes only.
■The bus company to be used will be either Hankyu Kanko Bus or a bus company operating in the Kinki area (according to our company's criteria).

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds

• (1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
  • [1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.

Examples of "After the commencement of the tour"
* In the case of the tour conductor, the Company's staff, or reception personnel receiving clients: the time when the reception procedure has been completed
* In the case of the Company is not receiving clients and the clients have an airline ticket: the time when luggage inspections, etc., have been completed in the area of the airport where only passengers can enter
* In the case of Tour Contracts including the use of a chartered ship: in accordance with the separately provided provisions for cancellation fees (including when specified in Pamphlets, etc.)
