※The Tenjin Matsuri will proceed rain or shine. The tour will be held even in rainy weather, and there will be no ticket refunds.
※If both the Funatogyo (boat procession) and the Fireworks are abruptly cancelled due to severe weather, a refund will be issued.However, there will be no refund if only the Fireworks are cancelled.
※There is no child pricing. (Infants are not permitted to watch from a lap.)
[Precautions]
※This tour is a meet-on-site and dismiss-on-site course.
※All seats are reserved. Seating assignments will be at our discretion.
※The venue is located within a park, and due to the presence of cherry blossoms and other trees, fireworks may be difficult to see from some seats.
※In the event of rain, the use of umbrellas is not permitted. Please prepare a raincoat or similar gear. Additionally, bringing chairs, tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks is prohibited. When viewing the fireworks, please refrain from filming or taking photos above head height within the reserved seating area.
※Extreme heat is expected, so please take care of your physical condition by staying hydrated. We also recommend bringing a hat, a hand fan (folding or flat), and cooling body wipes.
※There are no trash cans available at the venue. Please ensure you take all your trash home with you.
※There are no restrooms located within the seating area. Please use the public restrooms or temporary portable toilets located outside the area.
When you apply for this tour via the Internet, no application confirmation letter or pamphlets will be mailed to you. Please confirm via the Application Completed e-mail", which will be sent to you after you have completed the application procedure, and the Member menu. The details of the course can be confirmed via the Explanation of Terms & Conditions" displayed during the application procedure, so please print it out and keep it. If you are unable to print it out, please contact us via the email address below. Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
