Guiding or instructional materials will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get the necessary information and written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.

Once you make a reservation, we will not send any emails except confirmation/cancellation emails. You can verify the meeting time and meeting place on the member page→Click on ‘Schedule’ and find the tour information. Kindly come over to the meeting place on the day of departure.
※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※The child fare for ages 6 to under 12 includes reserved seats on the houseboat and the sightseeing trolley train, and the meals will be the same as the adults.
※The child fare for ages 3 to under 6 includes reserved seats on the houseboat and the sightseeing trolley train, and the meal will be a children's lunch.
※Please note that seats between JR Kyoto Station and JR Umahori Station are unreserved, so you may not be able to sit down.
※If the houseboat cruise is canceled by 12:00 PM the day before due to weather conditions such as rising water levels or storms, the tour will be canceled.

When you apply for this tour via the Internet, no application confirmation letter or pamphlets will be mailed to you. Please confirm via the Application Completed e-mail", which will be sent to you after you have completed the application procedure, and the Member menu. The details of the course can be confirmed via the Explanation of Terms & Conditions" displayed during the application procedure, so please print it out and keep it. If you are unable to print it out, please contact us via the email address below. Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
