毎年数十万の観客が押し寄せるこの大会は、全国から選抜された一流の花火師達が日本一の座をかけ技を競うというもの。
このコンテストでは、内閣総理大臣賞、経済産業大臣賞、文部科学大臣奨励賞、
中小企業庁長官賞が授与され、花火の独創性、芸術性が競われる為、他の大会では見られません。
打ち上げ総数約一万四千発の輝きは思わず息を飲むほどの圧倒的な美しさです。

全国の花火師たちが技を競い合う 大曲「全国花火競技大会」
「大曲の花火」で知られる「全国花火競技大会」。1910年から始まり、全国の花火師たちがこの日のために、心を込めて作った花火で自慢の技を披露します。花火競技は、伝統的な丸い形の花火を打ち上げる「割物」と、音楽に合わせて色や形の独創性などをみせる「創造花火」の部門にわかれ、形の美しさや、花火と音楽の調和などを競います。この花火大会では、花火をつくった本人が打ち上げることになっており、花火師としての技術、度量を問われ、他では見られないレベルの高い花火を鑑賞できます。内閣総理大臣賞・経済産業大臣賞・中小企業庁官賞・文部科学大臣奨励賞が授与され、ワイドスターマインの「大会提供花火」は観客を圧倒します。
東京駅の設計者、辰野金吾による洋館「岩手銀行赤レンガ館」
【観光地一例】1911年、盛岡銀行の本店行舎として落成した「岩手銀行赤レンガ館」。1936年に岩手殖産銀行(後に行名を岩手銀行に変更)が建物を譲り受け、本店として利用。その後、1983年に岩手銀行新社屋完成に伴い中ノ橋支店となりました。東京駅を設計した辰野・葛西建築設計事務所によるもので、辰野金吾氏が設計した建築としては東北地方に唯一残る作品です。国の重要文化財に指定されており、赤レンガが瀟洒な印象の威風堂々とした建物です。赤レンガ造りに緑のドーム、外観はルネッサンス風の輪郭の厳格さを表しています。市街地の中心部に位置し、中津川と中の橋と一体となって盛岡の代表的な景観を形成しています。

国および地方自治体等の要請により急遽中止となる場合、または内容の変更が生じる場合がございますので、

※昼花火競技は、交通機関・道路状況によってご覧になれない場合がございます。
※雨天の場合も原則開催されますので、ツアーは催行いたします。また、荒天などにより大会が中止又は延期になる場合も、
決定が当日となる為ツアーは催行いたします。その際、観覧席代金の返金には応じかねますので、予めご了承ください。
※交通規制により、花火会場出発までしばらくお待ちいただく場合がございます。
（規制の状況により出発時間が24時をまわる場合がございます。）
※観覧席とバス駐車場の距離が離れておりますが、徒歩にて移動をお願い致します。（最大80分前後）

■ 当ツアーの旅行条件・旅行代金は2025年11月13日現在の運賃・料金・発着時間を基準としております。

■ スケジュールは、バス・ＪＲ等の交通機関の都合、天候・現 地事情・道路状況等によって、
旅程・見学箇所・訪問順序・食事内容・集合時間・帰着時 間が変更になる場合がございます。
■状況によって行程が前後する場合がございます。
団体での手配となる為、お座席の指定につきましては承れません。
■新幹線の利用便につきましては、日程表に記載した発着時刻を目安に手配いたします。
■ お客様のご都合で指定の列車をご利用にならなかった場合、及び乗り遅れの場合は 乗車券・特急券は無効となります。

【JRについて】
■途中乗下車は、上野駅・大宮駅のみ承ります。ご予約時にお申し出ください。
但し団体臨時列車を利用する場合があり、団体臨時列車は東京駅発着をしない場合がございます。
その際は上野駅発着となり、東京駅では乗下車できません。
また臨時列車利用でない場合は、上野駅を通過する列車もあります。その際は上野駅での乗下車はできません。
予めご了承の上、お申込みください。

■交通機関の座席は団体手配のため、グループ内でお席が分かれる場合がございます。
また、利用便、座席のご希望は承れません。
■途中乗車をご希望の場合は、出発日2週間前までに当社へご連絡ください。

■列車は全席禁煙となります。

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
- (1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
- [1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.

* In the case of Tour Contracts including the use of a chartered ship: in accordance with the separately provided provisions for cancellation fees (including when specified in Pamphlets, etc.)
