Guiding or instructional materials will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get the necessary information and written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.
In case of an emergency, your tour conductor will use translation apps to contact you on tablet devices.

※If no additional contacts are made from us, the tour will be operated as scheduled.
Once you make a reservation, we will not send any emails except confirmation/cancellation emails. You can verify the meeting time and meeting place on the member page→Click on ‘Schedule’ and find the tour information. Kindly come over to the meeting place on the day of departure.
※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. Infant fee (aged 3-5 years old) includes a bus seat and Shine Muscat Grape picking and all-you-can-eat experience. No service other than a bus seat will be provided.
※Meeting time is based on local time in Japan.
※Due to the itinerary schedule, the Shine Muscat Grape picking and all-you-can-eat experience (40 minutes) will take place immediately after lunch. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
※There are no restrooms at the meeting point. Please use the restroom at the station or elsewhere before gathering.

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
