Once you make a reservation, we will not send any emails except confirmation/cancellation emails. You can verify the meeting time and meeting place on the member page→Click on ‘Schedule’ and find the tour information. Kindly come over to the meeting place on the day of departure.
※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. Infant fee (aged 3-5 years old) includes only a bus seat. No service other than a bus seat will be provided.
※Meeting time is based on local time in Japan.
※The autumn foliage season may vary from previous years and may occur earlier or later than usual.
※Depending on weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible.
※Souvenir selections cannot be changed on the day.
※Admission fees for paid facilities at Gotemba Kogen Tokinosumika are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
