*Aboard a vehicle refers to riding aboard vehicles other than buses, such as trains and cable cars. Aboard a vessel refers to riding aboard vessels such as pleasure boats and cruise ships.
※This tour is basically operated for Japanese travelers on a seat-in-coach basis.
Guiding or instructional materials will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get the necessary information and written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.
In case of an emergency, your tour conductor will use translation apps to contact you on tablet devices.

※In case of cancel…We will let you know at least 4 days before the departure date.
※If no additional contacts are made from us, the tour will be operated as scheduled.
Once you make a reservation, we will not send any emails except confirmation/cancellation emails. You can verify the meeting time and meeting place on the member page→Click on ‘Schedule’ and find the tour information. Kindly come over to the meeting place on the day of departure.
※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. Infant fee (aged 3-5 years old) includes only a bus seat. No service other than a bus seat will be provided.
※Meeting time is based on local time in Japan.
※Lunch will be served later than usual, starting at around 1:30 p.m.

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.

Note: "After the commencement of the tour" refers "The time the receiving of the provided services began", as provided for in the Special Compensation Rules, onwards Examples of "After the commencement of the tour" * In the case of the tour conductor, the Company's staff, or reception personnel receiving clients: the time when the reception procedure has been completed * In the case of the Company is not receiving clients and the clients have an airline ticket: the time when luggage inspections, etc., have been completed in the area of the airport where only passengers can enter * In the case of Tour Contracts including the use of a chartered ship: in accordance with the separately provided provisions for cancellation fees (including when specified in Pamphlets, etc.)
