*Aboard a vehicle refers to riding aboard vehicles other than buses, such as trains and cable cars. Aboard a vessel refers to riding aboard vessels such as pleasure boats and cruise ships.
※This tour is basically operated for Japanese travelers on a seat-in-coach basis.
Guiding or instructional materials will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get the necessary information and written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.
In case of an emergency, your tour conductor will use translation apps to contact you on tablet devices.

Once you make a reservation, we will not send any emails except confirmation/cancellation emails. You can verify the meeting time and meeting place on the member page→Click on ‘Schedule’ and find the tour information. Kindly come over to the meeting place on the day of departure.
※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. Infant fee (aged 3-5 years old) includes only a bus seat. No service other than a bus seat will be provided.
※The blooming season may vary depending on weather conditions.
※Under Japanese law, drinking alcohol is prohibited for those under 20.
※Guests under 20 years of age will be served amazake (non-alcoholic sweet sake) for tasting.
When you apply for this tour via the Internet, no application confirmation letter or pamphlets will be mailed to you. Please confirm via the Application Completed e-mail", which will be sent to you after you have completed the application procedure, and the Member menu. The details of the course can be confirmed via the Explanation of Terms & Conditions" displayed during the application procedure, so please print it out and keep it. If you are unable to print it out, please contact us via the email address below. You may, however, be sent an application confirmation letter and pamphlets, depending on the details of your application.

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
