※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. Children under 6 years old are not allowed to participate.(Participants traveling alone must be 18 years or older)
※On the second day of the itinerary, arrival back at Tokyo Station is scheduled for around 18:00; however, traffic congestion on expressways is expected to be heavier than anticipated. Significant delays in arrival time may occur. If you are making reservations for trains or other transportation, please ensure you allow plenty of time.
※The tour will proceed even in rain, as the fireworks festival is generally held as scheduled. Even if the event is cancelled or postponed due to severe weather, the tour will still run since the final decision is only made on the day. Please note that viewing seat fees are non-refundable in these cases.
When you apply for this tour via the Internet, no application confirmation letter or pamphlets will be mailed to you. Please confirm via the Application Completed e-mail", which will be sent to you after you have completed the application procedure, and the Member menu. Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
