*Aboard a vehicle refers to riding aboard vehicles other than buses, such as trains and cable cars. Aboard a vessel refers to riding aboard vessels such as pleasure boats and cruise ships.

Guiding or instructional materials will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get the necessary information and written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.

※Single Room Plan: All participants will be assigned single rooms.
※Participants must be at least 18 years old to register. Children under 12 are not permitted.
※Participants aged 12 and over must be accompanied by a guardian, but they are required to stay in separate rooms.
※In the event of rain, the festival will be cancelled (though it will proceed in light rain). Please note that no refunds will be provided for spectator seating even if the festival is cancelled. Since the final decision is made on the day of the event, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
When you apply for this tour via the Internet, no application confirmation letter or pamphlets will be mailed to you. Please confirm via the Application Completed e-mail", which will be sent to you after you have completed the application procedure, and the Member menu. Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
