●In the event of strong winds, heavy rain, other severe weather conditions that may affect safe operation, or when the Japan Meteorological Agency issues an advisory or warning, we may suspend or cancel the service at our discretion. ●Due to traffic restrictions for events or vehicle inspections, the bus may operate on a detour route or the service may be suspended. ●In case of rain, a disposable poncho (raincoat) will be provided. ●Please be aware that you may get wet or your clothing may become soiled by rain, wind, tree sap, bird droppings, etc. ●Please take care to prevent hats and other personal belongings from being blown away. ●Please exercise caution when going up and down the stairs when boarding and getting off the bus. The stairs can be extremely slippery when wet. ●Please take appropriate measures against sunburn, heatstroke, and cold according to the temperature and weather conditions.

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
