*Aboard a vehicle refers to riding aboard vehicles other than buses, such as trains and cable cars. Aboard a vessel refers to riding aboard vessels such as pleasure boats and cruise ships.
※This tour is basically operated for Japanese travelers on a seat-in-coach basis.
The guiding or instruction will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get necessary information written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.
In case of emergency, your tour conductor will use translation apps on tablet devices.
≪About the decision of tour operation≫
◇ In case of cancel・・・We will let you know at least 4 days before the departure date.
◇If no additional contacts are made from us, the tour will be operated as scheduled.
Once you make a reservation, we will not send any emails except confirmation/cancellation emails. You can verify the meeting time and meeting place on the member page → Click on 'Schedule' and find the tour information. Kindy come over to the meeting place on the day of departure.
◇We will not distribute the itinerary on the day of departure. Please print or screenshot the itinerary on this page if necessary.
■We do not accommodate your individual requests such as changes of menu.
■No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
■The staff will be waiting for you with a "Hankyu Trapics" sign (board or flag) at the meeting point. Please check the name of the course and register in the name of the representative. Please come to register when all accompanying persons are present.
■Sightseeing information handouts distributed by tour conductors are basically in Japanese.
■If you wish to leave the tour temporarily or completely, please inform the tour conductor. You will be required to sign a "Leaving Form" waiving all rights during and after the leave.
When you apply for this tour via the Internet, no application confirmation letter or pamphlets will be mailed to you. Please confirm via the Application Completed e-mail", which will be sent to you after you have completed the application procedure, and the Member menu. Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds
(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
[1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.
